We gave thanks in Anglemont this year and most of the weekend was spent observing the wildlife.
Rebecca and Jessica spent many hours feeding the squirrels, chipmunks, and birds. The little chipmunk was the only one brave/foolish enough to eat from a patient hand.
I was unsuccessful in photographing the chipmunk. So, while I was waiting I photographed the flowers and the Steller's Jay.
On our way out of town we stopped at the Adams River salmon run.
The ones with the large hump on the back are the males.
This one was not going to last much longer.
Zachary does not want to eat salmon anymore.
